Michael Hanke 1403c36ad3 ci: Remove git-annex installation setup from appveyor spec 
We do not need it for the actual tests. Moreover, git-annex
is now available from https://pypi.org/project/git-annex/.
Should we need it in the future, it would be added as a (test)
dependency to `pyproject.toml` -- no need to complicate the CI.
